I rented a lovely room in a shared flat that was managed by Crestwell and had an excellent experience throughout the two years I lived there. Our property manager was responsive and professional. Repairs were always done in a timely manner and requests to make improvements to the flat (e.g. put in black out blinds) were always approved. Highly recommend them.

I recently rented through Crestwell for two years, and had a really good experience. Any time there were any issues with the house we got immediate responses to queries and the problem was fixed. We've never had any unfair charges, and I've certainly not been charged for things that other agencies have (e.g. providing a tenancy reference). They were fair and transparent from the first day through to the last day, and were always professional and efficient whenever I've dealt with them. The moving out process was handled in good time and we had no issues whatsoever in return of deposits. I would happily rent a property through them in the future.

I have been renting with Crestwell's for coming up to 5 years now, which in itself should be testament that they are good agents. In the 5 years I have lived in two different flats but in the same building, now choosing to live alone rather than share. They have always been supportive and very prompt at getting back to me on any issues however minor. They take good care of their buildings which are pleasantly decorated with nice solid furniture, lovely fitted kitchens and quality appliances. The deco and space also allows for you to make a flat your home and add your own touch. The flats are a very generous size. Last winter my boiler was failing, but was quickly attended by experienced workman and eventually was quickly replaced with a very good quality brand. Every time any issues have occurred, they have been dealt with swiftly and by staff or contractors that are friendly and understanding. The staff in the office always answer the phone and are polite and get back to you about any queries promptly. Never been charged unfairly and the rent is fair for the area. I pride myself in looking after my flat and the building where possible as if it were my own and they recognise this and appreciate the care. They too care for the building. Repairing and repainting where needed and providing a regular cleaner for the communal areas. I have looked around quite a number of properties with view to rent in London but the Crestwell property I live in was the first I felt at home and respected in.They have also been very kind in letting me have my cat here! I hope to continue renting with them for as long as possible.
