I rarely write reviews on the internet but when you have such an amazing experience like I did, I feel that I need to share this with others who are struggling with their real estate agents. I was trying to sell my apartment for many months last years, tried two different agents and not even one single viewing from either of them. Then I came across Crown home buying and letting on YouTube, I was instantly impressed and surprised how professional they are with their approach of selling and featuring properties. I contacted them immediately, from that moment on, I knew I have found the right agent. They have been extremely professional, responsive and knowledgeable, they managed to get us two genuine and respectable offers shortly after and without failing, we just completed the sale last week, all went as smoothly as one can hope for, Xiu Xiu is remarkable and professional, she answers your texts and emails very promptly, unlike most other agents in london. If you are seriously looking for a real estate to help you, I will highly recommend Crown Home buying and letting to anyone. Absolutely amazing! We were in a very tricky situation where we had to find a new place urgently and Stefan and his team were just amazing. They really went the extra mile (like getting references etc finished within two days) and having the flat ready. Now, we are constantly able to reach out to our property manager on WhatsApp, which is super convenient and they are replying within 30 mins max. Crown home buying and letting is a professional and effective agency. Here I would like to appreciate the professionalism of Kristina, who provided the best experiences of the viewing, function introducing and timely replying. I, as the tenant, have met 8 agencies before, but I can proudly say that the Crown is the best I have ever met. For example, other agencies normally reply to my messages in 3 hours or in the next working day, but Kristina can reply in 30 mins. This really makes me feel that she and the Crown are reliable. I can see that she has been doing in the property industry for a long while, and it is her professionalism that brought me the best apartment choice. Now, me and my friends are very happy and satisfied with the apartment provided by The Crown. They helped me with great efficiency to sort the curtains, furniture and hot water issues. Would highly recommend to everyone searching for a Flat! In my case, along with my partner, we were foreign about-to-be students, looking for a flat in London. We had little idea about the entire process, from finding a flat to moving in. Stefan and his team were able to smoothly take us through all the procedures. The communication was always amazing, there wasn't a time when I hadn't received a repsonse to my message in longer than 5 minutes.
