Exceptional service! So far I am having a very easy and straightforward communication with Cubes thanks to Sam Kumar. He has been very helpful during the process of renting an apartment, answered quickly to all of my messages and went out of his way to help (e.g. responded to my messages and calls out of his working hours and is willing to help with issues that he, or any letting agent, is not normally required to). All fees and expenses were described in detail before any payment was made and there was nothing hidden, which I appreciate a lot since a lot of other agencies before that pushed me to pay a holding deposit without stating what fees and costs they are charging. Moreover, everything related to the agreement between me and Cubes has been documented (including a deposit protection certificate) and nothing was left in the dark. Overall, I am very satisfied with the friendly and helpful service that I received from Cubes and I hope it will remain the same until the end of my tenancy! If you are looking to rent/buy with Cubes, I recommend looking for Sam Kumar.
