As with other reviews couldn’t agree more. The most professional company I have ever used, extremely responsive, if we had an issue a contractor was sent round within 24 hours. Also extremely fair, if there was an issue with the majority of the time we wouldn’t have to pay, but in certain circumstances when it was the tenants responsibility to pay, they would propose splitting the cost. Can’t thank Katherine and the team enough after dealing with many poor companies in the past, they are head and shoulder above anyone else, highly recommend.
