Daniel Cobb are head and shoulders above the rest. Mark Andrews dealt with my property purchase from the outset. He is a consummate professional. At the first viewing, he pre-empted all my questions, volunteering all the information that I could possibly want to know. Throughout the process of making offers, and having an offer accepted, he was excellent at keeping in touch, and was realistic and candid - a breath of fresh air, particularly in comparison to my experiences elsewhere. The whole process could not have gone more smoothly or quickly, in no small part down to Mark. I had struggled for almost 2 years to buy a property in the London Bridge area, and dealt with innumerable estate agents in that time. It was an unsuccessful nightmare and constant struggle. But, within weeks of first viewing a Daniel Cobb property, I'm now it's proud new owner! I cannot rate Daniel Cobb highly enough.

My experience with Daniel Cobb has been marvellous all round. DC managed my property as an overseas landlord for 2 years and did an exceptional job, even though I was remote. From finding tenants super quickly to ensure that my property was rented throughout the entire time I was abroad, to helping with the day-to-day management; they made my life very easy.
