Having had a difficult experience with my last letting agent it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Davis & Gibbs. Found the property Monday, viewed Tuesday, offer accepted Wednesday and deposit paid Friday. Our contracts were ready in a matter of a few days and we moved in the following week. I was surprised by the quality of the customer service, given previous experiences with other letting agencies. Olamide worked on my case and I can't recommend him enough. He was incredibly reactive to all of my questions and couldn't do enough to help. Indeed, on the occasions that I went to the Balham office, the whole team were super helpful. I would like to share my experience with Davis and Gibbs lettings and in particular their agent Ayrton. We had found a property online and arranged a viewing, the agent Ayrton confirmed the details and met us at the property. Ayrton was professional and knowledgeable about the property and answered all of our questions with confidence. We made an offer and Ayrton successfully brokered the deal between us and the landlord. Dealing with Davis and Gibbs and especially Ayrton has been a pleasure and would not hesitate to recommend them in the future. It should be noted that we visited 30 other properties with various other letting agencies and agents before we found our new house, and Ayrton was by far the friendliest and most helpful agent we dealt with!
