Excellent service and honest charges The manger (Mr Frank) is a professional property manger that is honest and trustworthy. I've rented a property via this agency and an happy with their service and their great knowledge about different part of North London area (they'll let you know which property is more suitable to your needs rather than wasting your time or using deceptions for profit). I'm a very happy customer and strongly recommend them).

These people are very local and convenient. So far they supplied a plumber who serviced my central heating, and an electrician who put in two WiFi switches for our Lounge and Bathroom - to work with Amazon Echos. Boiler working well, Amazon Alexa turns on my lights on and off! I'm a happy bunny and will use these people again when I need other household services. And ask for Frank, he's a really friendly guy.

After a long period of my property being empty (my regular letting agent couldn’t find an appropriate tenant), l spoke with Frank at Del in West Finchley and immediately found him extremely courteous and helpful. I wish l had spoken to him earlier. Soon after l found a tenant completely by luck, and although there was no peronal gain for him, he helped through every step to arrange the tenancy agreement. In short, it would not have happened without Frank’s professional and friendly advice. I can’t recommend him enough and will certainly be going to him in the future when looking for another tenant.
