I. S.We decided to rent our flat in Battersea and invited a number of agents to discuss marketing the property. This was the first time we have been landlords or rented a property.
Dexters were very responsive in arranging a meeting. Tom was very personable, knowledgeable and took time to answer our questions.
Tom provided useful information on pricing and provided lots of comparable properties that had rented recently to support his price.
We felt very comfortable with Dexters and decided to go solely with them to market the flat.
The same day we started marketing it we had viewings confirmed for the following weekend.
By the end of the first week we'd had several strong offers of the asking and above.
Once we'd decided on the tenants, Zendeca has been brilliant in managing the whole process.
She has been incredibly responsive and ensured we had all the required documents ready in time.
She also helped manage finding an electrician and handyman to manage some of the jobs that needed doing.
Overall, the experience, especially as a new landlord, has been the superb.

D. C.When selling our house we spoke to many agents, but Dexters were the ones who impressed – they always played it straight and seem a genuinely happy and enthusiastic team. The whole office took the time to get to know the house properly, and thought hard about how to sell it to different types of customer. The terms of sale were transparent, and communication and feedback was good.
The team clearly got on well with most of the buyers (probably as they were very well informed about the house and area) - so were able to explore what potential buyers were interested in, and ensure that when they organised viewings they were relevant. The Dexters team were also refreshingly frank on the few cases where prospective buyers really didn’t like aspects of the house! We ended up with a choice of several robust offers despite being in the depths of Brexit, and having gone on the market not long before Christmas. We also had robust support after agreeing a sale, to ensure things kept running smoothly, thanks to Tal at the neighbouring Clapham branch.
All in all, we felt Dexters worked their socks off to sell our house and really earned their fee here, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. It’s also worth noting that team lead Jonathon’s knowledge of the area is second to none - I’ve lived here a good while and know the area very well but have yet to meet anyone who knows it in so much detail.
