The previous tenants gave more than two-month notice to move out at the end of existing tenancy. I had given that agent a privilege of about one month sole representative but they couldn't find the new tenants. Then in about a week after contacting the Dexters Chiswick branch, Arek Kulis and his team found an excellent couple for my decent flat. Arek understood what type of tenants my flat expects and what kind of home the accommodation-hunters are looking for. He is very responsible, active, understanding and helpful. He even drove to the new home of the previous tenants of my flat to pick up the keys for the new tenants, which the previous managing agent had failed to hand over in time.
