Both are super friendly and attentive, and I have nothing negative to say about either one of them. Levi was very helpful in securing my application when another offer came in, and provided an abundance of helpful tips and tricks for myself as a new London resident. Paula helped me out with appliance issues on the same day that I brought them up to her, and has proved to be a great resource/advocate in a very short time. Also appreciative that Dexters allows the ID scanning/hold deposit to take place in any location, as I didn't live/work near the High Street office - I've heard it's not the case with other companies. Overall, no complaints.

Whilst previously inspection have by nature felt slightly intrusive, since Charlotte has been doing them we've been really happy as she's very friendly, personable and helpful and makes the whole process very easy and smooth. More generally in relation to any queries we have - she's always extremely responsive and helpful, communicating throughout and I feel very confident that in raising any matters with her that she will stay on top of them until they are sorted. For me, the two biggest differences were how impressively proactive Dexters were in getting viewings in and marketing the property, and also how fantastic our manager, Gabriel, was at keeping us informed and generating ideas to help going forwards. I really felt that my property was important to them, which had been lost with the previous estate agents we'd used. The after sale support was also incredible. We had some difficult negotiations but Gabriel spent a huge amount of time with us to ensure everything went smoothly. Couldn't recommend Dexters more highly!

J.I recently sold my flat through Dexters. I've bought and sold a few properties over the years and the process is stressful at the best of times. The thing which impressed me most about the manager Gabriel and his team was the level of enthusiasm and transparency they displayed throughout the whole process. With other agents that I've used in the past I've never been kept in the loop and constantly needed to call for an update. Their competence and attention to detail kept everything moving along. Unfortunately I've also experienced agents who have attempted to persuade me to accept an offer to get the deal done as quickly as possible. I never had this with Dexters. In fact they made an excellent call which resulted in my receiving a better offer. You have to look very hard to find that attitude in the property market. I would not hesitate in using Dexters again nor recommending them to others.

It was a period that I was spending every spare minute I had on meetings with agents and landlords from every agency in west Lndn. After multiple failures I ended up at Dexters where I explained to them the importance of finding the right property for me without being under this ridiculous pressure of placing an offer right there and then... I was treated incredibly well from the agent that unfortunately I don't recall the name of as he took under consideration all my requests and concerns and helped me find the perfect apartment for me. The apartment I was offered by the agency was on a great location with great view among the river and they did manage to get me a reasonable deal with the landlady. During my stay in the property I had to cope with a lot of problems as the building was very old and many things needed to be repaired and highly maintained. For the first two years of my stay the property was managed by a lady who is now working for your office in Clapham, Paula Baptista. Paula was a great support to us as she was always available for us (even during out of office hours), always very polite and discreet and most importantly always giving her 100% to make sure she gets us what we needed to make our stay pleasant. Unfortunately my property is no longer being managed by Paula and if I was to move to a different area and stick with Dexters then Clapham would have been the branch to go with just so I am sure that I will be looked after at all times. Having the right property manager is probably the most important thing you should be looking for whilst house-hunting...

E. G.Generally good experience, but not without a few problems. Our issues were with check in and checkout, which although annoying were eventually resolved. Check in - there were parts of the flat that were dirty and needed maintenance work - should have been done when we moved in. Resolved within 2-3 weeks. Checkout was also not straight forward. Firstly it seemed to have been based off an old inventory, so there was "ghost" furniture on there that didn't exist... Then we were called out for having not professionally cleaned the flat, which we had agreed & booked through Dexters to do (as a favour) once they had done some refurb work, post checkout. After a lot of messing around, it was sorted out. Final issue - when they were doing house viewings in the last few months of our tenancy, one of their agents on two occasions left our door unlocked... During the 2 year tenancy, generally no problems and things fixed within a few weeks of being flagged.
P. C.As with any lettings experience, who the property management agent is impacts your experience significantly. James Gambardella, who we had for the last couple of years, was very prompt at responding to emails and chasing the contractors, who were very friendly and good at fixing any problems over the years. This made for a very smooth and enjoyable tenancy.
