L.Couldn’t recommend Dexters in Cricklewood, enough! We dealt with Moritz who was honestly great! He was on time, polite and not pushy on our viewings, and then was super helpful with all the questions we sent his way, keeping us updated throughout the sign up process. I was a tad nervous about the rental process in london beforehand as it is a lot more intense than in other cities, but it was a really positive and easy experience for us with Dexters- especially compared to some of the other agents we had viewings with. P. P.We were concerned when the excellent property management company, that had managed our house in London for years, was bought by Dexters. We seem to have landed in good hands. Dexters' knowledge of current regulations and adherence to all the dotted "i's" and crossed "t's" is impressive. Claire, who came from the original management company, Mawuena, and Moritz, worked so well when our long-term tenant left last summer. They found a new tenant very quickly, oversaw all the repairs and decoration, and when the new tenant backed out late in that process, they found another tenant in record time. Throughout the many details and twists and turns that came up they were cheerful, professional, reliable, and we really felt they had our back. This is the first time the house has changed hands without us present. The pandemic prevented our being there. Nonetheless, we were so pleased that the house was, and is, carefully looked after. E. D.I had had my property listed with another agency for over 2 months when I approached Dexters. The whole team came over to see my property for themselves and quickly proceeded to marketing it, bringing more viewers in than the other 3 agencies taken together. What I really liked about their way of working was that they allowed me to talk to the buyers directly and explain all the particulars about the flat, the development, the facilities and so on (which was not the case with one of the other agencies whose agents openly brushed me off, showed the property to the clients themselves, not knowing 80% of information I was prepared to give, and looked quite annoyed when I tried to speak directly to the client), while Dexters agents listened to me themselves, took note of what I was saying and made sure they gave as much information as possible to the next potential buyer. Finally an offer was made: initially it was below my expectations, but Dexters agents managed to persuade the buyer I was not prepared to accept less than a certain sum and the offer was increased. Moreover, when another agency brought in a slightly higher offer, Dexters managed to push their client to increase the offer again in the space of 30 minutes. Overall, I applaud both the teamwork and the effort of individual agents. Everyone was continuously aware of the current state of affairs with my property (and if not, they quickly reverted to other members of the team to find out); I was regularly updated on what was going on; all viewings were double-checked with me in terms of my availability and quickly rescheduled in case I was not available; everyone was polite and professional. The agent who brought the buyer (Samara) was also regularly checking on the sale process and making sure both sides' solicitors were moving fast, as time was essential for both myself and the buyer. When the buyers wanted to view the property again to take measurements during the sale process, she also happily organised the extra viewing and came along with the buyers. Well done Samara and the whole team!

E.I usually never write reviews, however this time I would like to recommend Hayrie Mehmet as a qualified Real Estate Agent, who in my opinion deserves a promotion.
Since the first moment I spoke with her, I found her to be a highly attentive agent, almost as if we were her only customers, although we know that was not the case. She is highly personable with an engaging personality and did not waste our time with homes that were out of our price range or not in line with our needs.
She is hands down the best in the business in our opinion and if we ever need to move again she will be our first choice to talk to.

When anything needed to be fixed or sorted out it was dealt with almost immediately. All the staff are helpful and friendly, including Ray Jacobs who was the property manager. Nothing was a problem for him, and he immediately dealt with any issues, and phoning to give me updates and to let me know they have been sorted.

I'm sure they are just really busy but we'd hate it if our initial positive experience was ruined by these smaller mishaps.

A. B.Ben and his team did a really nice job of renovating the bathroom in my mansion flat. The work included the complete gutting of the bathroom and installing all new fixtures such as bath, shower screen, basin/vanity and tiling, also adding items which were not there before such as a toilet and extractor fan.
They also managed to install a tiny washbasin in the separate WC. During this time Ben gave me a lot of help and advice on choosing the fixtures and tiles. The flat is rented out and I was abroad at the time so Ben liaised with my tenant to get the job done. There was a plumbing leak over a year later and Ben came out with a plumber the next day and fixed the issue promptly and free of charge. I was impressed with the quality of work and overall management of the project and would happily recommend and use Chelsea Square again for future building work.
