Firstly, the service we have received from all the Dexters offices we have dealt with over the past month has been second to none and we would recommend to anyone. Today we met Anthony Barnes who helped us find our dream properly to let. He was friendly, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly honest. I moved into a property which I found through Dexters at the beginning of this month and couldn't be happier. They were flexible from the start which I was grateful for as I could only do viewings in the evenings or at weekends due to work. I was also rubbish at answering the phone due starting a new job and not being able to take personal calls in the office, so they were very accommodating and did nearly all communication through email which suited me best. Anthony showed me a variety of properties and the process was quick and simple when I put an offer in. He was so helpful with any questions I had and was honest about the process. I would recommend him to anyone looking in the area. The only small hiccup was the flat I agreed to rent came with a bed frame and when I called to ask Dexters what size it was so I could order a mattress, they said double.... when I moved into the property it was a king-size so I had a bit of faff changing the mattress that was delivered. It wasn't enough to remove a star from the 5 star review though, as the agency paid my redelivery fee as it was their error and so I wasn't out of pocket. They reimbursed very quickly too. Overall, would definitely recommend. And thanks Anthony for being so helpful and welcoming!
