Long story short, Laz and Matthew met me at the property within about an hour of contacting them, and the very next day - without even having photos of the flat - they were able to find me a good tenant for 18 months. I had recently refurbished the flat, I spent a lot of money on installing new appliances, new blinds, refurbished the sash windows, and so forth. I think Dexters did a better job than the others in positioning the flat correctly and in getting this information across to potential tenants. One of the other agents had it on their website as a "two bedroom flat suitable for three sharers". As far as I am aware they did not update this description, even after our renovations, which brought the flat up to a high standard. I am happy with Dexters and would definitely recommend them.
