D. B.Selling a flat in Fulham. After two years unsuccessful with Chestertons (lovely people, great relationship) I reluctantly switched to Dexters. Their business model is completely different - it's a case that they will work very hard for a short period of time, and will do everything possible to achieve a sale, quickly. In my case this meant dropping the price substantially, very soon after Dexters took my case on. I missed the one-to-one personal approach of Chestertons, replaced by the anonymity of Dexters and I absolutely loathed the relentless phone calls. But you get what you pay for and they sealed a deal within 2-3 months. One positive exception - their admin lady (Avni) was terrific and nice to deal with.

They are all good in the Fulham Office but Libby, in particular, impresses. I'm not always an easy client to deal with but Libby is unfailingly helpful and professional which is very much appreciated.
