Other Google reviews on this site, including that of Ms Natalya Kantovich whose apartment I purchased, talk about their staff's high professionalism, extremely efficient, friendly and responsive service. I totally agree with all of those comments. However, what made the real difference was that my wife and I were made to feel very special and valued customers.
Other agents we dealt with during this period often didn't come close to attaining the first set of comments and none of them even attempted to make us feel valued and special.
During the last three months Charlotte and I traded 222 emails and we met several times. I was particularly impressed with her non stop energy, self motivation and excellent communication skills. Nothing was ever a trouble to her and she was constantly pressing everyone involved, including me, to help complete the purchase.
