They have maintained a clear communication and follow up all the way through, right to the last steps following acceptance of an offer. I had been allocated to a named member of their team who was always available for any questions or clarifications. I received a good 24 hour notice of anyone coming to view the property and there was always a flexibility around times - I work from home. The manager showed real enthusiasm, goodwill and energy in terms of his interactions and follow up telephone conversations with me throughout. My sense is that this willingness and commitment in the background influenced that of his team and as a whole they lived up to the good quality and value as professionals which they'd offered from the initial meeting.

I had the worst experience with trying to buy my first home. I had lost all faith in the quality and integrity of all residential agents, due to a two and half year search, 120 properties, 15 agents, multiple exchange-day gazumps, shady agents deals with freeholders, and a lot of lying and false information (in particular from our friends in green). I was fed up and very mistrusting of any agent.
As soon as I met Sophie, I knew I was not only going to be ok, I was going to be looked after properly. I felt I could be totally honest about my funding situation, which on the first viewing was not secured. Negotiation was simple, short, and open. She got the right price for both parties and the whole thing was exchanged in 3 weeks.

R.Rachel George was professional and brilliant from start to finish in helping us do viewings and find a new rental property in the area. Always coming across genuine and attentive - and someone who enjoys what they do - a contagious positivity and will definitely do business with again if needed and will recommend friends for sure! 5 Stars for Rachel, however didn't give 5 stars overall because we felt pressured from Dexters (I think management staff) to up our offer numerous times in what was an already stressful period. We didn't budge and after a back and forth over about 10 days we eventually got the place for the price we wanted. Luck was on our side I guess but don't be pushed over renters, estate agents don't always get away with it! But yeah, Rachel was lovely. We did about 15 viewings in the area and Rachel and Dexters in general were the best..good luck.

We whittled our choices down quite quickly and Rachel got what we were after, adapting as our requirement was refined. She didn’t try to push us one way or another or, crucially, try to show us unsuitable ideas after we had made clear what we were looking for.

They did end up selling my home even if it took a while longer than expected and significantly below valuation. They behaved professionally throughout the process so decided to refer them to a friend and in exchange was promised a case of wine which never arrived. My follow-up emails were met with silence and it was only when i gave them a 1 star review that they responded and sent me the case in record time. Conclusion: will sell your home eventually but their initial valuation will likely be inflated, and if you refer someone you'll probably need to chase them repeatedly for whatever they promise you in return.

Being first time renters, and not being based in London, meant that looking for property there quickly became daunting for me and my friends. The only criticism I would have when the first buyer pulled out, there were some signs that made me question their commitment but the agent was pretty sure the sale would go through. When viewing a property they are relaxed, allowing you the time to view the house at the right speed, which enables you to take in the detail. All of the people I have dealt with have very good knowledge of each individual property and the local area, which has helped me see properties I would not have considered purely by looking at Rightmove.
I would specially recommend dealing with Lee and Neela, both of whom who are really great people.
Lee is very experienced in the local property market, and uses his experience to offer suggestions above and beyond the 1 property you have seen on the website, all of Lee's suggestions are worth looking at, as he takes the time to understand what you need as a buyer, only showing you thinks that he knows you will like.
Neela too is very experienced, she has clearly taken the time to know all of the sellers and their respective properties, this is fantastic as it helps you imagine how the home you are viewing would become your own special family home. Neela also has great flexibility she is easily able to balance complicated schedules to ensure you can view properties with ease, her enthusiasm also makes the whole process very relaxing, something hard to find when you are looking for a house.
