The exception to this was the High Street Kensington Branch of Dexters, as they provided me with such a positive experience. Specifically, Mr. William Fowler was an exceptional representative of Dexters. He was communicative, competent, and easy to get a hold of (especially after 17:00 on weekdays and on Saturdays).
