Had my first viewing with Dexters recently after being contacted by Alice about an available property. I cannot fault the customer service. Alice was waiting for us outside and had a great upbeat, friendly attitude that helped us feel comfortable and set us at ease throughout the viewing. The communication before, during and after the viewing has been top notch and I am happy that we have someone who understands what we're looking for and to help us with our search. Cannot thank Alice enough for all the work she did for us! This is a great team. Jiggy proactively reached out immediately when they received a relevant new listing. Jiggy, Aydan and Gareth are strong communicators and extremely responsive. They make a conscious effort to keep you in the loop and keep things running (helping to manage inefficiencies and frustrations with lettings hub). The whole process ran pretty smoothly even though we were in different time zones.

We just bought our first home through Dexters. If there's one thing I cannot deprive credit for Dexters team, it's that they know how to get the job done and make clients happy! In our case, there were some stalled negotiations to the point where the deal almost got dropped.
