I was very happy with the service provided by Bradley Down, from the London Bridge office, when I went for a viewing. He was very nice and professional. He let me take as much time I needed to look at the property and then he explained everything clearly, in an approachable and honest way. I think it was an outstanding service compared to other agents I've dealt with, who just basically let you in the house and know nothing about the property. Highly recommended!

Bow at Dexters worked hard to show my partner and I multiple flat viewings until we found our next home. All the flats we saw were a high quality. Bow was always professional and very responsive to our questions. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the stressful process of flat hunting much easier! I deducted a star due to 2 specific points related to Dexters' renting processes and procedures. 1) When you make an offer, you're required to share your card details. I was not keen on this process because according to the law, offers made at this point should be free, but you were dissuaded from making other offers because the holding deposit was being held hostage. This is not ideal for the London market because desirable properties tend to have multiple offers for landlords to choose from, so no offer is guaranteed and I feel this process comes across as anti-competitive. 2) The offer was conditional on all vetting checks to be completed and the tenancy agreement to be signed within an arbitrary and short deadline. I felt rushed by this process because we had to wait for the current tenants to allow access for us to revisit the property again to make more detailed checks, and we had to wait for the vetting company to clarify whether we needed to provide more information at different checkpoints. Both of these were external factors outside of our control and added to the timelines, and therefore it seemed unfair to impose a deadline as a part of the offer. However, these additional comments are unrelated to my interaction with Bow which was very positive. I'm mentioning these to provide transparency for other fellow renters who'd like to work with Dexters as a potential agent. To conclude on positive note, both my partner and I absolute adore our new flat and we cannot wait to move in!

Danielle at dexters really took care of me throughout the process of looking for my flat. I was really concerned about renting my first flat but Danielle made my experience very easy and straightforward, she listened to everything I said I was looking for and found me an amazing flat! She was very professional, friendly and was extremely patient with me. She walked me through the whole process which put my mind at ease and went above and beyond to make sure the property suited me. I can't praise the service received from Dexters (London Bridge) high enough, and in particular the assistance received from Magnus Skullerud who has been fantastic in helping us find our dream London home. We were a bit apprehensive about letting agencies as we had previously rented directly from landlords and our prior experience with other agencies was subpar. Our first interaction with Ida was great. She took the time to understand our needs and recommended two properties - both places were the nicest we viewed. We provided our list of requirements and asked Ida to confirm if the landlord was happy to negotiate these terms before we make an offer. We were in no hurry to accept (we were difficult clients) as we had been burnt before. There was some back and forth, however Ida was patient with all our requests. Once we made an offer, the process right through to check-in was smooth. Ida kept me informed of the documentation and next steps. She also stepped in to help me with an alternate method to complete my referral check (I was travelling and had limited contact available). The move itself was perfect, the check-in agent walked through the inventory with us. He acknowledged the issues and the very next working day we had the property manager (Natasha) come in, assess the issues and organise handymen to fix the problems (all within 3-4 days). So far its been a week at the new place and we are extremely happy with the flat and our letting agency.
