We've just bought a flat through Marlon and Antonio at the Muswell Hill branch at Dexters. We honestly can't recommend them and the rest of their team highly enough. We found them to be clear, efficient, open and genuinely helpful. Through no fault of theirs, the purchase ended up taking a lot more time than anyone had anticipated. Throughout, Marlon went above and beyond to keep communication open between us and the seller. He maintained the momentum of the transaction and gently moved things forwards. It's a great flat that we're really looking forward to living in. We really feel that, without their help, our purchase would have struggled. Young enthusiastic team. The first meeting with Marlon set the tone of the relationship - courteous, knowledgeable and approachable. Within 24 hours of instruction the whole sales team came to visit for a walk through so we could take them through the house so they could ask detailed questions. Although I was impressed by all the sales team who showed people round special mention to Zak and Sam. Once Zak had found a buyer he stayed in touch even when he handed over to Sam for the period between offer and exchange. Sam is a force of nature - when there were glitches she powered through- I am glad she was in our corner! The team at Muswell Hill are fantastic. I would really recommend them to tenants like me looking for a flat in this area and for the prompt support throughout the tenancy. They are extremely professional and courteous. One example of this was on a Friday night when I lost the keys to my flat while out with my wife and young son.I tried to call the office when it was closing time, luckily a very nice employee answered and immediately understood the situation. After a few minutes he called me back and informed me that a colleague who had already left work was returning to the office and would give me a temporary copy of the keys to go home. All this happened well after closing time and with the utmost courtesy.

I’ve got to give it to this agency, they are the most proactive estate agents that I’ve come across. They’re the only ones who call me ahead of listings going on Rightmove. I was impressed that agent James Samuels, who contacted me today, actually knew which property I’d previously viewed and what my specifications were. I can’t recommend Dexter’s Muswell Hill enough; I’m now in my newly rented flat and Luke at Dexters was instrument in making this happen! The experience end-2-end, from enquiry to getting the keys, stood out from the myriad of other agents I had spoken to. Luke both recommended the property I ended up going for (something I wasn’t expecting to happen in this highly digitised ‘self-serve’ age), and then helped me through all the paperwork until I finally collected the keys a few days ago. This included many of my requests such as check-in times to suit my moving schedule and contract negotiation. Also Luke was very responsive to my emails and calls, never radio silent, which stood out. Altogether, the property and service offered by Dexter’s was a cut-above everything else I found out there.
