P. F.Myself, my girlfriend and our flatmate were looking for a place to rent after getting notice on our current property as it was sold by the current owners. We were in contact with a lot of estate agents but none provided the level of service that Michael in lettings did. He did his utmost to find us a place as felt like the only estate agent that cared about or needs, rather than the usual ‘take it or leave it’ attitude of others. Usually it's all about the landlord, but not in this case, and we really appreciated that.
In the end, we had to split into two properties with a different agency for reasons that couldn't be helped but the level of service, care and professionalism that Michael dealt with us with left us feeling extremely good about Dexters and will definitely return next year when we are looking to buy a home in the area because of him. Highly recommend Dexters.

F. O.Exceptional sales service in terms of time, cost, and quality. The team achieved over 101% of the asking price. The sale completed a mere 63 calendar days after the property was first listed on the market. Ultimately, results are what matter, and these were simply excellent.
Their work ethic and communication truly set them apart. Using their network of branches and their own hard work, they attracted an incredible number of viewings. The listing went up on a Wednesday; three days later, they had 20 viewings booked for that Saturday. They remained committed throughout to ensure they achieved the best price. As a seller, I never had to chase them. I was notified of every viewing booked by an automated email which I really appreciated. I was also regularly updated by phone, without ever having to ask for updates.
I can't recommend Dexters enough. I remain very grateful to the Northfields branch team, as their professionalism throughout the sale made a huge difference for me and my family.
