The firm at Dexter's can only be described as professional, a trait sorely missing from most other firms. My partner and I were looking for a place and Reggie there not only took the time to advise us on market conditions and what we could and couldn't push for, he also came across as a true negotiator - wanting to find an outcome that was right for both landlord and ourselves.
