S. S.From a renter, there’s really nothing else more that you could ask for from Sam. He was very helpful and considerate throughout the process. And helped me find a place that I really liked in such a short amount of time. Since I work a full time job during the day, Sam made time in the evening and on weekends to show me properties, which no other agents were willing to do. He was also well connected with other tenants and landlords, which definitely helped in securing the property for me. Really appreciate the help from Sam in finding my dream flat.

Charlie Daniels was absolutely excellent in navigating some complex issues with overseas tenants during covid; and finding me new tenants very quickly. And the current Manager Elliot has delivered the same can-do and focused attitude in finding new tenants for my St James' property for 2022. I particularly like how quick and easy the process has been; I'm not bothered by unnecessary calls or details - and importantly, Elliot's and his team got me the right quality tenants and within viable time periods. Sam, one of Elliot's colleagues similarly brought a great level of positive energy and attention to detail. All round thumbs up from me for Dexters - in my experience, not always the case with estate agencies; and certainly not with this level of repeat high quality delivery.
s. s.I have experience of many estate agents in London but I must say that Sam Howell from Dexters Pimlico is the best employee I’ve ever met so I wanted to thank him for all his efforts in helping me. Firstly, he is extremely professional in explaining not only about the property, but also all the surroundings, which was very helpful for a person like me who doesn’t know the area very well. As I told him that it was my first visit to Pimlico, he showed me around the area and explained what life is like living in the area. Secondly, he could immediately identify which property I liked when we first met. He showed me several properties and I told him about what I liked and disliked. Then he easily understood what kind of property I was looking for. To be honest, I was quite picky but despite this, obviously, he provided me with one of my best viewing experiences in London.
In general, I wanted to say that the staff from Dexters, Pimlico are very friendly. I often spoke with Elliot who is a manger of Dexters, Pimlico. Doing so during the lockdown and right after the initial restrictions were lifted was not easy but Charlie made sure all measures were taken to ensure our health would not be compromised. If you're looking to find your next place in London don't think twice and cross your fingers you get to be attended by Corrin Hall from Dexters Pimlico Office. She is very dedicated to her work and has the time to listen to your needs and then translate that into properties for you to go and visit.
During the visit I made to the property shown she was very much on time (even beat me by a minute) and then was very nice during the viewing and very open to answer all my questions.
