Have been working with Rebecca @ Dexters over the past few months (seems like forever) on a purchase that seemed to get more and more complicated every week. She was always extremely patient and very positive even when there were new issues that needed resolving all the time. I am just so happy that we managed to get there in the end. Originally moved quickly to get the property on the market, and found a buyer who unfortunately pulled out later. Another buyer was found promptly but took ages to get mortgages approved etc and it was 7 months from offer to completion. Foxtons had been marketing it with no success, they'd brought in unsuitable candidates to view it, were disrespectful of the property and left in improperly locked. Foxtons advised lowering the rent substantially when Beatriz at Dexters stepped in. Within a fortnight, the flat was tenanted at asking price.
