Looking for a new place in London could be a real nightmare. During a few weeks, we went through many agencies at many places in the City and we have to admit that it's not easy to find an agent with a proper attitude. Most of the time the agents were showing us the wrong flats, they were late and very often arrogant. We have to admit that the first meeting with Daniel fully came up with our expectations. He was the only agent who was punctual, kind with a good sense of humor, and told us something about the flat and neighborhood which we think was crucial to make up our minds. I find their valuations are usually correct and their marketing strategy effective. On the management side, I have one point person who manages all 6 flats, making it so much easier for me. I have worked with Leanne Clarke, who is now in the Tower Bridge office for 5+ years and she is fantastic. Diligent, organised, polite and effective. She inspect the properties every 6 months, gives me reasonable action points, keeps me updated with any tenant issues and sorts small things out usually without me getting involved. She has a number of good trade contacts for getting appliances/work done. She does a really great job hence why I kept my business with her for such a long time.

Thank you to the lovely Professionals at Dexters Tower Bridge yesterday for being extremely solution focused when I approached them for help to negotiate a temporary fix for my sudden shoe malfunction on the cobbled street outside their premises. Not only did they furnish me with complimentary elastic bands to hold my shoe together (chosen in a suitable colour for my outfit) they swiftly and diplomatically identified the need for matching elastic bands to be placed on both shoes thus ensuring footwear continuity which would be inkeeping with the other evening diners of the surrounding area. Their drive and determination avoided me, their first - and probably only - elastic band client, to avoid looking like a complete and utter fashion carbuncle amongst the well heeled folk of the south bank.
