I am landlord with multiple properties in London that has been operating for 25 years. I have therefore used all the major National Letting agents. By far the best of these agents is Dexters who this year have let 4 properties from their Vauxhall Office with most of these in the middle of the pandemic and lockdown. The difference between agents really is in the people. Oliver Simcox the Director in Vauxhall is someone who is not only excellent in being efficient and professional when letting my properties but has become a trusted advisor i.e. someone I can phone and contact for any advice I need re the market or any of my properties. As a Landlord this sort of assistance is invaluable and without it I know I could not achieve all the things I want A big thank you therefore to Oli and Dexters.
