Dexters the Trusted Partner you need when selling a property! I recently used the services of Dexters for the sale and successful completion of my flat in Fulham. From the very beginning I was treated with the professional service, including initial consultation and valuation by Alex. He guided me through the process and his local knowledge was a key factor when choosing a estate agent to partnership. From the beginning I was very clear that I didn't want to use several agencies and only partner with one for better relationship. Coming from a sales background myself I was always sceptical about estate agents but Dexters dispelled all of those prior misconceptions. Each and every step they gave me valuable advice, whether it be the lowering of asking price to attract more buyers or the eventual offer stage. (Eventually getting more that I expected giving the circumstances of COVID and quick sell needed). I was also very impressed during the actual conveyancing process itself, working towards tight deadline they made sure to keep me updated with news from buyer and where required assisted with the chasing of documents from leaseholder. (Having a council leaseholder is not so getting quick response) I felt that James Wittich did a great job managing the buyer, along the way, we eventually completed after several delays but he always made sure to keep the buyer on side. I also need to give a massive appreciate to all the team involved including, Jean Charles and Verity who did a great job finding perspective buyers. Having recently completed a particularly challenging sale of our house I felt I needed to pop on and write a review for Dexters West Kensington. We dealt specifically with James and Alex (mainly James) and I cannot sing their praises loud enough! The sale was hindered by global pandemics, difficult mortgage issues with our buyer, Brexit, Christmas and quite frankly everything else that there could be - if it was going to go wrong it did, but the team at Dexters remained exceptionally professional and worked tirelessly on our behalf to secure a completion of the sale at a good price. They were always at the end of the phone to assist us, chase other parties and sometimes just to let me moan (I think a very under rated necessity for any estate agent!)
