The management maintains a direct line of communication with the landlord, passing over all of my requests the same day, and Natasha always makes sure maintenance issues are being addressed in timely manner with the best services and contractors.

I have been trying to sell my property for around four years. Domus was recommended by a friend and I think, initially, they put too high a value on the property. I was certainly trying to sell at a difficult time. I decided to switch agents but soon regretted the move. Compared to Domus, the other agents appeared to be doing absolutely nothing to sell my flat and were very impersonal. I took the flat off the market for a while but Domus continued to send enquiries my way and request occasional viewings. When I put my flat back on the market, I had no hesitation in returning to Domus. At that point, I was liaising with Olivia Kalfus who was simply amazing despite a very belligerent tenant and building works/scaffolding marring the property's appeal for nearly four months. Josh Ratcliffe then took over - he was friendly, hard-working, persistent and excellent at keeping me updated. We eventually found a buyer but the process then became even harder as they insisted on a conditional exchange (requiring lease changes and a licence to do building work.) It was nail-biting for at least two months with a big question mark over whether the sale would actually go through at all. However Josh stuck with it - handling my nerves with diplomacy and shepherding his equally nervous buyers through a difficult negotiation with the majority shareholders in the freehold. It went right up to the wire but Josh never let go. My huge thanks to Domus for everything they did - Rob Atkins, Olivia Kalfus and Josh Ratcliffe.
