What can I say about the wonderful team of estate agents at Douglas Allen East Ham, lead by branch manager Maureen Green a fabulous, professional and kind lady, her team is fantastic they always listen to any concerns and they are all ready to help. We had a huge problem with the solicitors, which Maureen and Rosalie kept personally working on to resolve it, which they did. I couldn't be more grateful to them, I would recommend them to everyone. Saw a property today with Nasir (an Eastham representative), he was by far one of the most professional estate agents I have dealt with. Very calm, very patient and understanding. He allowed me to have a good amount of independent time when looking at the houses so I could clearly think about possibilities, I did not feel pressured to make any immediate decisions. He had a good knowledge of the area and quick communication. I have booked another appointment with him for another viewing and this was done very quickly and efficiently. Could not recommend the team at Douglas Allen highly enough. Riana, Kash (mortgage advisor), Hassan and Maureen have all been incredible throughout the buying process, going over and above to support myself and my partner with the purchase of our first home. Douglas Allen, East Ham are amazing. See they have amazing Trust Pilot reviews compared to most Local agents, this is why we chose them. Not because of a few google reviews. They have over 1000+ amazing 5 star reviews there. They sold our late mums house, they was more professional than the other local agents, and had less time than the other agents who had the property on the market with. We achieved over the guide price due to the amount of others achieved. Also Maureen, Natasha, Hasan, Mo were all a great team. Nothing was too much, late viewings, open houses and even went to the property in an emergency out of hours, thank you as we are not local any more. Also when the property was sold, Andrew was amazing with chasing the solicitors and arranged the exchange of contacts in just five weeks. Even though the fee’s are higher than must local agents, it well worth it with the service we received and always happy to help.
