Compared with other agents, they seem far more transparent and have always been enthusiastic with good communication. During the viewings process we dealt with a lot of the lettings team, who were all charming. Hannah manages a great team and has been very helpful guiding us through the process. We have now exchanged 2 weeks after putting the house on the market, thanks to them finding suitable tenants and Katie rapidly moving through the last few steps of the process.
