Unfortunately I did not get the support expected and promised when signing a contract to sell my flat with D&G. I was told a timeframe of 2 to 3 months to sell my flat at a price higher than my expectations. The results are: 27 viewings in 12 weeks (average 2 a week), 1 second viewing, no offers and ending the contract with a decrease on price of 100k throughout the process (that I proactively asked for). Now that I have moved on with another agent, I already have had 10 viewings within a week of the flat being on the market + 1 second viewing. I would not recommend D&G to sell your property.
