They really earned their fees - initially with a tricky buyer and when that fell through they quickly turned it around with fast new viewings getting good offers and sound advice on how to proceed. The flat came with a lot of complexity re freeholder, land registry etc issues and Michelle steered and chased the sale through and worked well with our solicitor. All the team went beyond their remit and have been very helpful with ad hoc things relating to selling a flat (I don't live locally and lockdown restrictions).
