J. D.Douglas and Gordon West Putney certainly deserve the 5 star rating and in particular James Hastings who should be nominated for Agent Of The Year if there is such an award. After a different local estate agency let us down, James and the D&G team were able to secure an offer in very good time, which in itself was fantastic, but the post offer support is where the 5 stars shone brightly. Our onward purchase (not connected to D&G) has been a challenge, James was able to advise, counsel and in more than one instance go beyond his day job to get the deal through for us. Always available, always calm and able to manage our needs with a level of maturity and professionalism far beyond our expectations. Many thanks to James and the D&G team.

Sadly, and reason for the 4 stars, I found John Dillon extremely unresponsive to my emails and questions that went pretty much unanswered or with extremely delayed answers. Not the service I would expect.

While we were getting tired of being contacted by 5 to 10 different agents, and having 4-5 viewings every single day, we were losing our faith in the humanity of Real Estate Business. The worst part of finding a new home for my husband and I was dealing with agents who are being a salesman by pushing their portfolio on you without caring about what you are looking for in reality. To fulfil their sales goals and their landlords' expectations, most of them do not even listen to what you are saying. efficient Estate Agents in all my long life! Not only does the particular agent with whom one is dealing, always answer her telephone or
mobile, in my case, Henny Irwin, but always actually immediately sorts out the problem, explains and reassures one but the entire office
are also able to help and all seem to know the answers, whereas the
normal reaction is "oh, so and so is "away from their desk, or on holiday, or moved branch, " but no help or advice is ever given. It is totally the Opposite with Doublas and Gordon, and when my property suddenly
became vacant and I needed to find a new tenant at a really bad time of year, within three days Douglas and Gordon had sent a photographer who
had all good photographs ready for the weekend market, three days later,
but from that weekend, they had got six viewings from which two made
firm offers immediately, several hundred more per calendar month than
the previous estate agent, who cannot really be blamed as the rental market crashed straight after June 23, 2016, on the UK decision to
leave the EU (disastrous for the Economy of course and still is)
whatever Jacob Rees Mogg says. anyway, Douglas and Gordon, against
all the odds and specially Henny Irwin, did an outstanding job and still
