I’ve dealt with a lot of agents over the years working with Kimmy at Drakers I have to say I’ve never known agents so diligent on behalf of both buyer and seller. Kimmy handled everything with the utmost professionalism. She really helped for my daughters search on a property, she kept me updated with the latest news all the time. Liam and Fulham team, Thank you for being amazing and making my life as first time landlord so simple and hassle free!!! During summer my flat was constantly rented out on short time basis (several times within max. two days gap between new tenants) where tenants left the flat happily and clean as it was. Now let me tell you about my experience with Draker Lettings. I don't live in London but welling to come for a short break along with my family. However, my family and I decided to book an apartment but we didn't know how and where to start. I started "googling" about the biggest Real Estate Agencies in London and found two agencies (forgive me I cannot mention the name of the agencies) with long history and many branches across UK. Although they have big reputations, dealing with them was the worst experience ever. They never responded to us on time it took them 3-4 days to get back to us, never understood what we are looking for or where are we coming from and all the options provided never met our expectations and they didn't bother to ask if we are welling to look for something different. At the end we felt that they underestimated what we were looking for and it was not their priority! Unlike Draker Lettings, specially Mo, dealing with them made us very comfortable and confident we felt that we are as important as any person, regardless of whether that person is intending to buy real estate in millions or a normal person we got the same attention and treatment. Also, Despite the deference in Terms and Conditions of rentals and lettings between where I live and London, Mo took all the time and effort to explain each term thoroughly which have weived all our concerns and made us very very very comfortable. Finally, I would like to thank Mo again for being there for us and answering all our questions and finding the perfect apartment for us. Rented a short-let property through Draker. Very quick and responsive in organising the rental and maintaining regular contact and customer service throughout the term of the contract. Excellent at responding to any maintenance issues at the property which were all dealt with within 24 hours and easy and efficient process for deposit return at the end of the tenancy.
