ENAM Property Management in Holloway branch are quite exceptional estate agents, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Matthew Benson and his team, plus Adam, were fantastic looking after my search. Matthew besnon was amazing in helping me in such a short period of space when no other agency would help me he went out his way to try and make things easy for me and the customer service that he showed me was the amazing. Took me only two days to finish the paper work. When i paid the deposit i felt kind of insecure even tho i had contract that i paid the deposit! However, i have never worked in the UK before so i had to pay 200 extra as a deposit! And then i directly moved in with no problems! So my deposit is written in the contract and safe, as i managed to move into the room in a two days period! I would recommend ENAM property management to anyone looking to rent. I AM HONESTLY SHOCKED WHILE WRITING THIS! Wish I could give this company ten stars! I rented a room from them and left the property more than six months ago. I only had a small deposit on the property, which I completely forgot about. These guys continually kept in touch and only by chance, when I was checking an email address I hardly ever use, did I come across their emails. Great experience! The team is extremely friendly. Someone in the team speaks Arabic which is really helpful for a Arabic speaker who just arrived in the UK for study or work. The guy supported us with all documented work and clearly explained everything we were not sure of, not only about the flat but also some other questions about London. Enam helped me find a property to rent in heart of Canary Wharf within easy access to Canary Wharf and Central London. I moved within one of their lets @240 Westferry Road was provided to me in a clean and tidy condition. Their team was handling all requests professionally and also considered requests on a right time. Their team is really good and handles all requests. Recently moved in and was asked to do a review. Dealt with Adam throughout the whole process. Long story short, moved in within three days, referencing was very smooth and I was kept informed the whole way through. Loved the honesty, showed all of the faults/issues in the property rather than hiding them like most agents. Having issues with the shower, which is the only reason I have given a 4 instead of 5. Highly recommended though.

Dealt with a guy called Sam, who was very friendly, professional and asked a lot of questions to really narrow down my property search to three properties. Viewed all three properties within one hour. Once deposit was paid, the communication was crisp and I felt safe paying the move in money once referencing was done.
