A. B.I lived in East Village for 8 months. I can say easily that after 6 years in London having to deal with agents and landlords, Get Living was the best agent I had so far. They are very professional and fast to help you with any issue. They organise also events which is quite good to have that sense of community, something hard to find when you live in a flat in London.
I really enjoyed my time here and I definitely recommend it if you want to leave in east London.

Just requested some maintenance using the handy app and my plumbing issue was very handily fixed by Tony in no time at all. He arrived within 15 minutes of raising the request - can't ask for any more than that. Keep up the great work!

Zainab and Claire made the process of renting really easy. They are patience and answer question timely. The maintenance team is also responsive. The engineer, Tony, give us perfect sewer repaired experience. They are all friendly.
P.My brother and I have lived at East Village for almost two years now. The quality of the apartments is great and the assistance from Lauren (our relationship manager) has been outstanding as she’s always on hand to help and regularly goes above and beyond! Great place to live!

Properties are of a high standard, well-located and well-maintained. When things don’t go quite right they’re earnest about getting things back on track.
