Jenna at EastHaus was fantastic from start to finish. When we came to view the property, she was really well informed -- she clearly knew about the house and the area, which really helped us to get excited about it. Throughout the negotiation and the sales process she was responsive, helpful, and warm. You always felt like you were dealing with someone you could trust. And she was always incredibly flexible about letting tradespeople into the house for inspections, nothing was ever too much. Having had mixed experiences with estate agents throughout my search, I would recommend Easthaus to anyone buying, selling or renting locally. They're brilliant.

This was the most amazing flat purchase experience. From 1st viewing to completion in 2.5 months. I have been in the process with another agency for a few month already and the sale fell through last min mostly due to awful communication and zero support. Once I met Liam and Jenna from EastHaus things took off. I did not even know that communication with a property firm can be that great. Jenna and her team are kind, thorough, always follow up in a timely manner and truly ensure that you feel comfortable with the process. Easthaus recently sold our flat in challenging market conditions. We dealt with Jenna for the most part. Original sale price guidance was realistic and ultimate sale price also realistic in the current market. Jenna was very professional throughout, with clear and frequent communication both to/from us and from the viewers and prospective purchasers. She was diligent in respecting the privacy and limitations of our tenant and conducted the many viewings mostly herself. Once an offer was received she was proactive in the negotiations towards an agreed price, and then once again to all parties involved to complete the sale. Easthaus were considerably superior to the many estate agents that we have used for house moves in the past and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
