I’ve been with this agent for almost 3 years. Reasons being they are fantastic in solving any issues. They are happy to help with any issues not only issues relating to the property but any general issues they understand and can help with and go above and beyond for their tenants not only for myself but I have witnessed them providing that same level of care for others too. There are honestly no faults with them and I’m very happy with the continuous service they provide.

Eldridge Estates are really great. I have rented two different properties from them and the service is always so professional. Raz, our current property manager is really brilliant. Always so friendly and super efficient with any queries. We have had a couple of minor maintenance issues at the flat over the past year and they have both been dealt with within 24 hours. It gives us such peace of mind knowing that we have that support there if ever we need it. As long as we are in Plumstead, I can't see us using any other estate agents
