Kier was honestly the best! I am late in writing this review as moving from to a new country, things get away from me. Everyone here was responsive and as helpful as can be! I love my flat! It's everything I wanted and this team has been very quick to help! During the 4.5 years I have rented through Neil Baron (at Ellis & Co BG), he was courteous, professional and always available if I needed anything. People familiar with the rental scene in London will know that good letting agents are difficult to find, but Neil certainly stands out well above any other agents I have dealt with in London and I would recommend him without hesitation.

This is literally the best agency I've dealt with in London. They have always been quick in solving problems with the flat. They've also been very understanding when I had trouble finding a new flatmate during the covid pandemic. I think it will be difficult for me now to re-adapt to the lower standards of other agencies in London, I was incredibly sad to leave the flat I've stayed for 4 years with this agency. I would definitely recommend them.
