Me and my 3 flatmate was rushing to find a apartment at the last minute since we have some trouble to find a good house for 4 people. Furthermore we found an apartment in willesden green managed by empire estates and we got on touch with Anis one of the agents of the agency who has been streigh away friendly, nice and available to show as the appartenente. It was really nice and after the viewing we asked him if was possible moving in in few days even if we knew the process usually take longer in order to check all our references. Anis has been really lovely and he told us he would have done what he could to give us the house the day we asked him which was actually the day we suppose to move out from our old apartment. Finally after few days we has been able to move in in the new flat. Ansi has not be only really pollite and friendly with us he also worked extra hours even after the office was close to permits us to move in as soon as possible. He also replied at our phone call on his days off answering our question about the references needed. I have to say many thank to Ansi because has shown a big commitment in order to help us to get the flat. He is a really lovely person and really dedicated and excellent to his work.

The solicitor accepted their advice as professional and that saved me hundreds of pounds. They are also very friendly.

I have done business with Empire Estate for almost ten years. They first let my flat in 2009 and have continued to let this property to date. In all this time. I can only say that they have shown themselves to be above board, very customer focused and sensitive to their customers' needs, readily accessible and empathetic. They are very professional and genuinely care for the well being of their clients. They always listen! They have made my experience as a landlord a truly delightful one and I really really value the relationship they have built over the years with me. In all my dealings with Empire Estates over these many years, I cannot recall an issue that resulted in a conflict or misunderstanding with them. I, therefore, accord them top marks for ethics. My direct dealings have been with the lettings team, though I have indirect dealings with the sales team, with whom I see and exchange pleasantries whenever I drop by at their offices. Without doubt, their lettings team are very knowledgeable and up to date with current regulations. Through their regular communications, verbal and non verbal, they ensure I am aware of any changes in the legislation and I have every reason to believe that they give this service to all their landlords to help them stay on the right side of the Law. Their fees are both transparent and reasonable. In 2017, I added their property management services to the portfolio of services I outsource to them and have since wondered why I did not make this transition earlier. I have nothing but praise for Empire Estates and would highly and unreservedly recommend their services to everyone who desires a positive experience with a home move or home buying, property sale or rental.
