The whole experience with Estateology was fantastic from beginning to end. My moving process started off bad. I contacted endless estate agents to enquire about properties and was promised callbacks, nevertheless they never called. I was beginning to lose hope as time was ticking, then I found a lovely property marketed by Estateology. I was shown the property by Sam who was friendly, welcoming and not overbearing unlike other agents I had previously encountered. Shahed handled the rest of the process, he was excellent at communicating and very responsive. He gave regular updates, resolved any issues near enough instantly and was great to talk to on the phone. The entire process was quick and efficient, I was moved in within just one week. I was beginning to lose hope in estate agents and believing they all have conform to the negative stereotype. However, these guys completely changed my mind. I 100% recommend Estateology and would use them again!

If you are going to sell your property please don’t go anywhere else than Estateology. Wonderful service and lovely people at the Bethnal Green Office. I was struggling to sell my property with other agents until I tried Estateology. Sam had great positive energy and had great ideas for prospective buyers. He dealt with all aspects of the sale continually liaising with both solicitors to get the sale completed before the stamp duty deadline. I found my current flat through Easteology around two months ago, only a week before we wanted to move, however, and they made the process very easy considering the short time frame. Abu (our estate agent) provided us with his mobile number and was very patient with him as we called him at all hours of the day, even on the weekend, for a week of stressful paperwork, and made sure we understood our contract and everything we were signing. Overall, a fairly good service. They respond quickly when they are involved and have interest in the situation. The renting process is fair and smooth, I remember contacting them and being shown around the flat only a couple hours later. Agents were nice and cared to answered our questions fully. This doesn’t change the fact that they failed to provide a proper inventory. The first draft they sent us was missing a bedroom and a bathroom. This, and lacking communication contributed to significant delays in getting our deposit back.

Sam Samad is an exceptional estate agent and you’d have to go a long way to find his like. From the outset, we knew we had made the right choice as his warm, friendly and honest manner put us at our ease. We had also obtained quotes from some of the bigger agents but we chose Sam because of the fact that he would be dealing personally with all enquiries and visits. In consequence, we enjoyed an incredible personal service in which we felt valued at all times and the buyers felt the same way. In relation to our purchase he helped us navigate a complex informal tender in which we were up against 12 other bidders and there is little doubt that we wouldn’t have got our dream home without him. Lovely people to deal with, agents seem very clued up and friendly on dealing with everything. We have just moved in today and everything about the flat is perfect - the process up until now has been very smooth and simple, and Mebs & Abu have been very open and communicative. My only negative factor is the fees charged to us - these are very high compared to other estate agents around, however in this case it was worth it for the perfect flat. Overall a great experience, and we're happy with our flat.

The renting process was fast, smooth and plesant. However, they have failed to provide an inventory when we moved in. The one they have sent us was missing multiple rooms and was highly inacurate. When we have pointed this out they didn't even respond. Furthermore, they have put an erroneous claim on our deposit, without checking with us. Instead of a couple hours to clear it up if they've contacted us first, it took us much longer to resolve the issue. For most of the year renting through them was frictionless, but the end left a sour taste.
