Great service !!! Excellent professional behaviour , quick problem resolution . Vin id just more than a estate agent but he is like true friend and guide. Vin always provide best suggestions and helped in dealing things in positive way. Rented a house in East London with Realm London, I had the best experience I could possibly had. Our Estate agent made everything very simple and smooth, always ready to answer at any type of problems. I found Open House London City agency and instructed them to initially manage the renovation for me when I’m out of the country (which was done very well by the builder they employed and managed well by Vin) and later on this flat I own in E3 (Bow) was rented and managed by them. The rate is very competitive comparing to high street agents and chain brands. The director has his own insights and interpretation of the market as he has been in the property market for many years. Vin can negotiate the best deal for both parties. He’s very clear with the regulations and laws, and provide very helpful advices no matter if you are a buyer or landlord. I would recommend this agent to anyone who needs someone they can trust to get the best deal for them in this capricious market. I also wish I had met Vin before I bought my flat, he probably would have negotiated a better deal if he had been 'a buyer's agent' acting on my behalf.
