I have to say, as a landlord, I am quite disappointed with this agent. Everything was fine, 10% letting only is a bit expensive but yet still they helped me secured a tenant with 3 year contract. The reason that I give only three stars is because of how they dealt with the deposit after. It has been two months now since the last tenant moved out, and all dispute has been settled within 2 weeks after the move out. I still have received the deducted deposit from the agent........ I do appreciate that this is a special time and everything tends to be slower, but still........

We received a very professional service and customer service from Excel Property during our moves to and from Hornsey in North London. In particular, the Managing Director Kiri was very conscientious and was always prompt in ensuring any property requests were solved quickly (replacing washing machines, maintaining plumbing, electrical upkeep of white goods via engineers etc). He was both polite and respectful on all correspondence including emails, text and phone calls. I certainly would recommend using Excel if you are looking for a reliable estate agent in London.

Top quality services. The process of finding a property and finally moving in was very smooth and quick. Excel management is much more professional than other property agencies I experienced in the past, such as Marsh & Parsons and Chestertons. They would often respond immediately and try to get it fixed within the day or the week, dropping by to personally check up on the situation along with the helpful maintenance crew that are always on hand. If you decide to house hunt in this area, make sure to check out their office and ask for Oli or Adam. I am sure they will help place you in a great home as they did for us.
