I don't normally leave reviews online, but FJL has been so fantastic that I feel obliged to do so. I feel extremely lucky to have Martin Lawes (Greenwich branch) as my agent, he is perfect, pretty much an example for all real estate sales reps out there! Martin has great sales techniques which put clients at ease and never pressure them in purchasing decisions. He does anything that is expected from him and even beyond his responsibilities so well. I have asked to view the flat repeatedly for 3 times, but Martin has been kind to accommodate and helps to find answers to questions that I have. What impresses me most is how Martin has been so involved and willing to take ownership of responsibilities in the whole process throughout, I have experienced some issues with conveyancing, but Martin and his colleague Alex Lawrence have stepped in to assist me in resolving and frequently provide me with updates and professional advice, surely they are doing a better job than my solicitors!

Having tried several other estate agents around Greenwich and been disappointed with their performance, Felicity J Lord have been a breath of fresh air in their professionalism, customer service and attention to detail. Selling/leasing your home can be a very long-winded and frustrating experience but we always felt FJL had our best interests at heart and had a really nice personal and friendly touch.
