My husband and I are leaving this review because we appreciate the extra effort and the quick actions of Anita Panko at Felicity J Lord, Hackney. In fact, let me highlight this was our first time renting in London, had zero experience, a lot of questions and on a major time CRUNCH. She effortlessly guided us through the process( from the viewing to the moving in) and remained next to us every step of the way. There was a point of hesitation on my part initially, Anita threw some wisdom and cleared our "novice renters" mind. Her responses were always quick, concise and crystal clear. I had 2 viewings with Lenny and 1 viewing with Charlie, both understood what I was looking for.
