He listened to what I was asking for and has sent me a good range of properties over the past few weeks. I visited two of the properties with him. He arrived on time, he was polite and very helpful with telling me about the properties and the area. I have put in an offer that has just been accepted so I am really pleased with the service from Felicity J. Lord!

We had a really horrible experience with a first set of estate agents, so switched to FJ Lord, and we’re so incredibly glad that we did. Guy Williamson took a lot of time to support us in early decisions and gave us good advice at every point. Once we had a buyer, James-Spencer Price worked tirelessly to get the sale (which was quite bumpy) through and put up with endless chases and anxious phone calls (including on his day off!) with extremely good humour. Everyone else we dealt with was kind and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend for anyone selling. Would probably warn against FJ Lord’s conveyancers though. They were acting for the buyer (so this is with the caveat that we didn’t have direct contact with them), and seemed a disaster (losing emails, apparently ignoring their own client for weeks at a time, requesting document they’d already been sent).

Neil Probert at Felicity J Lord - Islington Branch I contacted Felicity J Lord after seeing one of their properties online and was luckily connected to Neil who speedily arranged a viewing for later that day. After dealing with 10+ agents over the last month, Neil was a breath of fresh air. After a brief chat following our first viewing he seemed to hone in on exactly what we were looking for. He didn't waste our time like other agents had: every property he showed us had great potential in our eyes and merited serious consideration. I had a good experience starting a tenancy with Felicity J Lord, they were very quick to move us in (viewed the property on Tuesday, had the keys by Friday). The flat was in good condition upon moving in. I would've liked to have paid slightly less for the check in fees but this does include inventory done by an independent company which is somewhat handy. The only negative was that my details were passed along to a contents cover insurance company which I opted out of so I think these processes need improving as tenants details must be getting passed along automatically. Their cover was about £150/year more than their competitors so I think the commission must be fairly high for their cover! It's a shame about this really as this was the only negative part of the experience I had.
