We were very impressed by Felicity J Lord’s handling of our recent sale. We came into contact with various members of the team and found them all to be professional, polite and considerate throughout. Laarni led on the sale and she kept us fully informed throughout and advised us well, we couldn’t have asked for any more. Shannon was excellent in progressing the sale, liaising with the buyer for us and keeping things on track. Everyone was very responsive and helpful and we wouldn’t hesitate before engaging them again.

I had a handle of viewings with Jakob at Felicity J Lord and found him really helpful. What I liked in particular was that he seemed to really listen to what I was saying and didn't try to convince me that a property suited me when it became clear that it probably didn't, and this honesty from an agent was both refreshing and effective — the next property he showed me was always better suited than the last and I felt like we made good progress. Jakob's authenticity and direction helped me understand what I needed, and I made the right decision in the end!

Really helpful, friendly and responsive team. I had a purchase which unfortunately ended up falling through, but Charlie did all he could to get the information I needed to me in a timely manner and keep the sale moving forward. Once it started looking like the purchase had stalled he also managed to find me alternative property to best suit my needs, and was characteristically informative and helpful during those subsequent viewings.
