The agent they gave me was wicked, they found me two rooms within budget and made the move in totally seamless. I had to end my tenancy early after giving a months notice and due to them finding someone before my month was up REFUNDED ME BACK THE RENT I'D PAYED! Astounding service, i also had my deposit back on my move out date. Sorry it's taken so long to write this review but i can honestly say they were awesome

Fabio and Fabrizio are really cool people. I rented a property with them for a few months and everything was on point. I highly recommend FF residential, especially for students and/or young professionals looking for a place in London. I've been able to let with Fabio and Francesco in two different flats for almost 3 years. They've always been very quick responding to e-mails and any issues. I definitely felt valued as a client, as they were very proactive in sending me alternative options when I was looking for a new place, and gave me great flexibility with different options (such as a rolling base contract) as a long-term tenant.

This is one of the really few letting agengy I would recommend. I'm in London since 9 years and got scammed by letting agency more than once, however, in FF Residential the people are extremely professional, honest and transparent. I've seen few of their properties, which look all decent, for a reasonable price. I moved to one of their rooms in Stratford 2 months ago and I'm completely happy with the level of management; any little problem it's fixed by the next day and they always offer a good solution. Absolutely recommended!!

FF Residential was very helpful from the start. They adjusted room to my wishes and were flexible with deposit payment. Even though we had a small problem with bugs after we moved in, we let them know, they took care of it and covered all costs. They returned deposit within few weeks, so I have really nothing to complain about.

These guys are great! I booked online a nice property with them as with the lockdown I couldn't arrange a viewing. I was a bit worried, but I found the place to be exactly like shown in pictures, and the house to be in very good conditions
