Without question they are the local experts and they offer so much more than a local branch of a bigger chain - they are completely invested in the area. Knowing I wanted to move to the area I was in touch with Penny Ewing for about two years prior to my purchase. I was somewhat tiresome with all my questions but Penny was just unquestionably helpful and provided comparable after comparable and info on historical sales on street after street. It was a lot of work for her especially as she did not know that there was a guaranteed sale in the pipeline, but that's the ethos of the place. We eventually bought through FB and I would (and have) without question recommend this place to others.
Some of the key differentiators are a) incredible local presence and knowledge b) exceptional levels of integrity c) realistic with vendors and buyers in a time when London property's rise has distorted expectations.
They are a pleasure to deal with, and even now when passing, Ill stop in and say hello. There are not many who would say that about their local estate agent!

She (and her colleagues at FB) were incredibly responsive to our inquiries and available for viewings. They worked hard to make a sale happen, both for their clients and for us. Even though the transaction unfortunately collapsed (vendors ultimately had some serious problems), she did everything possible to try to see it through.
