First Union is a strong process oriented Estate agency. Right from Referencing, Contract Signing, Contract Extension and to Closure. Everything is a well-oiled process machine supported by great Technology. First Union's associated contractors are also top notch - Inventory Checker John, Electrician, Plumber. Everyone work was perfect and people friendly. Lot of personal learnings in terms of managing a property. As someone who was relatively new to London, the experience with First Union has been beyond exceptional. They have set the bar so high, we expect the best from our future agents as well. Biggest asset for First Union Wandsworth is their Staff. We have liaised with Blossom, Jessica and Remy at various points. All are very through in sharing the updates, followup communication and very welcoming so that we can ask big or small queries as well. Highly recommended.
